What size tent do I need?

The capacities of the tents listed in the Learn more section are based off of dining seating. Feel free to call or email us with questions regarding the size of your event and we can let you know what size tent is best for your event.

How many people can you seat at various table sizes?

6′ rectangle table – 6 (3 people on each side)

48″ round – Can seat 6-8 people

60″ round – Can seat 8-10 people

72“ round – Can seat 10 people

What areas do you serve?

We are based in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, but we will travel within in the tri-state area to accommodate your event.

How do I book?

Email or call us with your inquiry and we can provide you a quote. The questions that will need to be answered are

• What date is your event?

• What is the occasion of event?

• How many people do you plan to invite?

  After those preliminary questions are answered we can move forward of determining the products that will make your event an unforgettable experience.

  You can also click on the “SHOP” button at the bottom of the Learn More page and add the items you wish to reserve. When your cart is complete you will go to checkout and select the date of the reservation. We will send a confirmation email with the items purchased and event date.
